Dr. Morato conducts Strategic Planning and Management

Entrepreneurship guru, Dr. Eduardo A. Morato, Jr, now Chairman of ABS-CBN Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development will conduct a bootcamp series on Strategic Planning and Management on August and October 2009.
The eight-day bootcamp, specialized for entrepreneurs, leader-strategists and corporate planners, is a comprehensive planning and programming course that introduces the participants to the VMOKRAPI-SPATRES (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Key Result Areas, Performance Indicators, Strategies, Programs, Activities, Tasks and Resources) model.
